Retinal Arterial Macroaneurysm (MA), (OCT-Bild)

Retinal Arterial Macroaneurysm (MA), (OCT-Bild)
Retinal arterial macroaneurysm (MA) is an acquired saccular or fusiform dilatation of a major retinal artery. It is primarily located at arteriovenous crossings. In the OCT-image we see intraretinal lipids, and intraretinal edema prominently involving the outer retinal layers.
