Multiple Iris Naevi
Iris naevi are benign tumors composed of spindle and dendritic naevus cells. They can be single or multiple, usually pigmented either flat or slightly elevated lesions. They are usually asymptomatic and do not cause distortion of the surrounding structures. Iris naevus can be associated with neurofibromatosis type I and Cogan Reese syndrome.
