Remnant of Pupillary Membrane, Pseudo-diplocoria
This eye seems to have two pupils. However, separate sphincters, one for each pupil, are missing. Therefore one has to assume that the bridge of tissue is a remnant of the embryological pupillary membrane, especially since the finding is known since early childhood.
