Patient: 29 years of age, male, BCVA plpr.
Ocular Medical History: sudden loss of vision OD since 2 month.
General Medical History: chronic leukemia.
Main Complaint: loss of vision.
Purpose: to present subhyaloidal hemorrhage with blood level.
Methods: Colour Photography Posterior Segment.
Findings: preretinal, subhyaloidal hemorrhage with fluid blood collected in a pocket in front of the macula.
