The right cornea has a smaller diameter (< 12mm) than the normal left one. Found in various conditions such as microphthalmos, nanophthalmos, Riegers' anomaly and PHPV. Here the opaque lens suggests PHPV. Cataract extraction is demanding for the surgeon, not to touch the corneal endothelium. | |
