Low Flow Arterio-venous Shunt of the Conjunctiva, Congested Episcleral vessels
The right eye shows slightly congested vessels, but no exophthalmus or pulsation. This is a more subtle form of shunt formation which occurs between branches of the external or internal carotis and the dural veins in the vicinity of the carotis sinus.
