Aniridia with Hemiphakia
Congenital aniridia, bilateral, autosomal dominant; with multiple ocular and systemic defects. Hemiphakia in 56% of patients. Here mature cataract with sunken brownish nucleus. The latter creates the additional risk of phacolytic glaucoma.
