Diffuse Iris Naevus, Bicolored Iris
This 17 year old girl has a diffuse dark brown, flat lesion of the iris that extends from 6:00 to 2:00 o'clock. No other pathologic findings. The contralateral eye is normal. The patient is placed under yearly follow up to detect any possible growth.
